Payment is usually taken in advance of/day of the shoot, but if an exception is made to allow payment at a later date and payment is received more than a month after the shoot date, an additional $50 late payment fee will apply.
Cancelling a shoot within less than 48 hours of the agreed-upon shoot date/time will result in a fee of 25% of the shoot cost, unless extraordinary circumstances warranted such cancellation (extreme weather, personal emergencies, transportation issues, etc. I am understanding, just please let me know as far in advance as possible).
